It is just astounding the level at which everything fell apart. Are we that far away from reality that it is bringing down this many countries?

Bloomberg.com: Worldwide: "The European Commission predicts budget shortfalls this year of 11 percent of gross domestic product in Ireland, 3.7 percent in Greece, 6.2 percent in Spain and 3.8 percent in Italy, compared with 2.9 percent in Germany. The EU ceiling is 3 percent."
